How do you and Tanner keep things spicy with young kids?

We did take a short break

I feel like we're back and ready to rock and roll

I feel bad because we probably took a little bit longer break than we expected and so we didn't inform everybody like what was going on

And people were like where's the podcast but right I think it was very bad

I know I feel so bad, but I think it was really I feel like everybody needs a break sometimes

And I feel like it was really good for us our lives have been so crazy busy a lot of changes and so

I think it was good to have a break, but I'm so excited to be back

Although we used to actually sit in the same room

I miss I miss that too. I miss that that was really yeah

We're so excited to be back. We have some really cool new segments. We have really great guests coming up and

A lot of fun planned. We want to still talk about mom stuff, but incorporate a lot more positivity
