and Theo Ash here to give you another NFL division prediction and today we are going over

the AFC North. Some used to call this the best division in football. I don't know if many

would agree with that anymore, but we've still got the Ravens. You've still got Joe Burrow to

the best quarterbacks in this division with Lamar and Burrow of course. And then of course you got the Browns and you've got the Steelers just hanging around. They're doing stuff, whether or not that's good stuff, hard to say. But before we get into it, and we have a draft plan for you all at the end of today's episode. So make sure you stick around towards the end. Matt, Theo, how are you guys doing on this beautiful Sunday evening? I'm doing pretty well.

just start scrolling and the same thing with twitter right so it's it's difficult to avoid

um and also i'm a big big baby who needs screen time and phone time and uh i got to kick my feet up in the air, and I don't know.

It's not easy, dude.

But going to the gym, no phone is underrated, I think.

I know that's going to sound crazy to people, but even if I don't take, like, a little MP3 player,

I just go, no nothing.
