1:12.2 | I'm Todd Sherman, the product lead for YouTube shorts. What that means is I sort of guide the strategy of building shorts. That informs the roadmap. And then I have the core team that builds out the experience. That's like the playback experience, recommendations and the creation tools. But it's really collaborating with like tons of teams across YouTube. So that's my job. |
