I don't have a problem with it. And I'll tell you why.

Because when people interpret something, they invest in it.

And listen, there's a lot of things I don't care for, but that doesn't mean they're bad. That doesn't

mean that I can't make room for them in my country, in my party, in my mindset.

On this day of 1968... mindset.

On this day in 1968, Jose Feliciano did a rendition of the Star Spangled Banner.

It was Game 5 of the World Series.

Actually, it wasn't on this day. It was October 7th.

He was, he, on this day it hit the charts because they recorded it after that because it was so

popular.

Make it all the way up to number 50 on the charts.

Sam Houston is the man for whom Houston is named.

And he's a hero in Texas history as a leader as a governor.

And the story goes as this, after Sam Houston resigned as Tennessee's governor, he returned to live with the Cherokee Indians with whom he had lived as a youth.
