Kate did these amazing things, amazing things that night.

Tony and Donna had been on a very rare vacation because he would never leave.

They had gone somewhere and they had done wherever they had gone. They had a salmon that they pack in salt and they lit the salmon on fire. I love fire. You go to Brennan's in Midtown

Alex Brennan Martin understands that people love fire. I wouldn't want to be his insurer, I would not, because we always

like just bring out the fire stuff. If I go to New Orleans I want fire everywhere.

And if you've got a water element and fire, I'm in heaven. So anyway Tony brought that back and they've

been doing that. Kate McLean who's the co-owner now and the chef and for those

of you who knew Scott McLean who used to be at Amagie Bank that's

Scott's daughter and she is a rock star she comes out in what I'm told her called liquid leather pants. Have you ever heard this term around?
