If you're Gen X or an older millennial, you were there for the 90s.

Yeah.

And the 90s, in my opinion, while I loved the 80s, I felt somewhat ashamed because I was going through that growth, try things out, put on this uniform.

I started a, we started a band that never, ever played anywhere.

But you dressed like Flaka Seagulls going to school every day.

So that was big.

That sort of, I grew up listening to punk rock and that was sort of the anti-social movement kind of thing.

And then, and then it turns out this dance craze, this new romantic music with the Duran Duran Duran.

A new wave thing.

You put on some makeup and all your friends start calling you the F word and you're like, whoa, this is more punk rock than anything I've ever

done. Wow. I am owning this. I am, I'm into it. But anyway, the point is the 80s had,

there was hairspray. Yeah. There was leopard tights. There was some, you know, all kinds of

different experimentation. The 90s, though, I was

coming into my, like I'd done it all and was, I was in your early 20s. And I was there for most

of it. Yeah. And then I look at the list like this and I go, no, I wasn't. I was there for grunge music.

I was just going to say, the only thing I really remember from the 90s is I always would have a plaid shirt on.

I always, I had long hair, a flannel, and a rock t-shirt underneath.
