My serious gym etiquette question for you, Mo.

Because I think I might be doing something that is now outdated in the gym.

Okay.

All right.

And I've noticed in three different gyms that people look at me strangely when I ask this

question.

So I'm wondering if just things have evolved, right?

So I'm now working out at the LA fitness in John's Creek Slash to Louth.

I also felt this when I was working out at the planet fitness in coming in the lifetime

fitness in Sandy Springs.

There was a time when you were working out, right?

And like, let's say you were using a bench or whatever.

And it's a busy, busy gym.

But somebody's using your bench back in the day.

It's like your bench is using a bench.

Well, that's sort of where I'm going with this, right?

And for a lot of you guys, this is going to sound ridiculous.

But back in the day, what you used to do is let's say you're working chest or whatever.

And you're doing a bench press, right?

You're over there.

You're getting a ground.
