Literally every day choosing to keep going, I think, has made the biggest difference.

And that's the difference between the entrepreneurs that really thrive and the ones that don't.

It's about letting go of that perfection.

And so when we were really looking at, like, who we would want to have come and speak, the reasoning for that was that all of you have had such different routes to where you ended up.

And some of you have started in one industry and switched to coaching or added coaching to your industry, right? Some of you decided to go in a very specific niche and that has served you extremely well, right?

And others of you have grown a team of people that do what you used to do, and now you no longer do it.

And so there is a variety of goals in the house as well as it comes to our Hello 7 certified coaches.

Some of them want to grow their own practice.

Some of them want to grow an agency model, right, and have other coaches coach within their company.

Other people have actually started their businesses

as their bookkeepers, right, or their lawyers, or they work in the medical industry and want to now

step into coaching. And so, Emily, one of the things we wanted to talk to you about was that changed,

right? Because you've changed already when you started the flourish market. And we want to know,

how did your audience react? Because you already had an audience. You built built a seven figure business, right? You've been doing the thing and you had known for this. And then your audience got to hear you start to announce that you were offering business coaching and retreats, right? Having primarily been product focused before then. So I want you to speak to the people in the room that are afraid of making that change,

or they're going to like whiplash their audience. How was it for you? How did you find that they

reacted? And is there anything that you did specifically when you were announcing this to be able

to warm up your audience to this idea? I love this question. So my wife and I are on vacation
