which often can be as busy, if not busier, than the regular season with the start of franchise and

transition tags being given out on Tuesday, February 20th, lasting all the way to and through

the Indianapolis Combine in late February and early March into the start of the new league year in mid-March and free agency.

information about the comings and goings of the NFL offseason and everything that is about

to unfold. And it is always a lot.

People say, what are you doing the off season?

And I'm like, what off season?

The off season is like June and the start of July.

This time is crazy and we are about to head into the heart of it.

And we will be joined today by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back,

Rashad White, who just finished his second season with 990 rushing yards, 549 receiving yards,

and nine touchdowns as Tampa Bay won its division, won a playoff game, and nearly advanced

even further a great year for the Buccaneers, and Rashad White will be by in this spot to help
