Hi my friends, it's Sally Clarkson and I hope you're having a good week. This day today

has been absolutely crazy. I've been trying to get to this podcast to read you all and have

you ever had about a million unexpected things happen. I guess you do that every day but I'm

looking forward to getting back on the road to doing the 24 family ways and I've really

really really been convicted in my own life lately about why I'm doing this with you. Many

of you will be starting this a new with us. This is based on a devotional called our 24

family ways of family devotional guide by Clay Clarkson, my husband and I just want to

review because there are so many new people coming to my podcast and the thing is oftentimes

when you talk about the whole area of education we realize that the more vocabulary a child

accesses like when they read a lot of books and they add to their vocabulary the more

profound and deep thoughts they can have. For instance I think I've told this story before

I know I have but we were talking to a musician who was talking about his relationship with

God and he said you know he said God is like God is just like he is just like like cool.

If that's all you could perceive about God because your vocabulary was limited which

has seemed to be as we talked to him he's a friend and we got to know him and it developed

over time but that would be so different than if somebody had the vocabulary for God is

awesome, God is transcendent, God is omnipresent, God is omniscient and the more that you understand

complex and difficult ideas the more able you are to deeply appreciate and worship and
