Walt Disney World, as we know, is not a museum. It's a living, almost breathing thing that grows and changes constantly.

And as Disney fans, this is an amazing thing as there's always something new to discover, see, taste, and experience.

And even seasoned veterans and frequent visitors are treated to small enhancements and additions and opportunities all the time.

But sometimes, these come at a bit of a loss, as we know that with change, oftentimes comes the removal of something that we enjoy.

From minor details to attractions, shows, restaurants, and even entire buildings, we still expect an encouraged change, despite what we may lose in the process.

But other times, some of these attractions and shows and buildings are shuttered and not replaced for one reason or another, and we as Walt Disney World enthusiasts often walk or float by some of these locations and start to remember and more importantly to wonder.

So this week, we're going to virtually explore and visit abandoned spaces of Walt Disney World and dream a little bit about what we could do with them as armchair imaginers.
