2:52.0 | And of course I said yes even before I knew who it was, but when I heard that it was Disney legend Bob Gur, my eyes widened and I smiled like a giddy kid, because I would be so honored to have the opportunity to interview an original imaginer and someone who worked with Walt and literally designed so many of the ride vehicles. |

3:18.0 | And his career spans so much more than that before he got to the Disney company and then afterwards I of course wanted to find out about his path towards working for and with Walt, because I think his story is important in that it illustrates just one of the many ways |
3:36.0 | that the Imagineers have come to work for the company and I think it's fascinating and it's inspiring because it's told in story by his first hand's account of working with Walt and the genesis of classic attractions and the problem-solving skills that brought us innovative concepts like the Omnimover and the haunted mansion. |
3:58.0 | So this segment is actually going to be in two parts because Bob started off by showing the video that he had brought with him of an interview that he gave many years ago for Disney's cast member television show. |
4:11.0 | And I normally wouldn't play something like that, but because they had asked so many of the specific and important questions that I had intended to cover in my interview, I thought it was something that you should hear first before we play my interview segment. |
