So I just returned from New York Comic Con 2022 and I want to share two of the conversations I had while I was there.

The first is with Scott Drake, the creative executive of the Marvel Global Portfolio for Walt Disney Imagining about Marvel and its place in the Disney Parks and Experiences around the world.

We talk about the evolution of the storytelling experiences in the parks including interactivity and personalization and the connection that the parks, characters and stories have with guests.

I also have the opportunity to interview Brian Volk Weiss, who is the creator of the toys and the movies that made us behind the attraction on Disney Plus,

which I love and his newest project, Icons on Earth, The Simpsons. We discuss not only this series about the longest running TV show of all time, but storytelling, filmmaking and fandom.

The first conversation from New York Comic Con that I want to share with you is with Scott Drake.

He's the Portfolio Creative Executive, form Marvel at Walt Disney Imagining, who was part of a panel called,

suiting up with superheroes at Disney parks and experiences. He was on the panel with Beth Clapperton, Dave Bush or Michael Surner, Rachel Page, Sachy Hankey and Wyatt Winter.

And they all discussed how Disney and Marvel have brought superhero stories to life at Avengers campus at Disneyland Resort and Disneyland Paris,

Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind at Walt Disney World, Avengers Quantum Encounter on the Disney Wish, and how we as fans can join in this current and next generation of superheroes thanks to the creativity and ambition of Walt Disney Imagining.
