Try to do that. Put that aside and try to make that loss. So if you decide to leave your job

or you decide to travel for a month, you have that money set aside for that emergency. Something

happens. You're not stressed out about it. When I left the restaurant, I was able to float myself

for more than a year if something happened if I didn't have the income because I had the money

set aside. So for me, that was empowering. It gave me the confidence to take the leap, to leave the restaurant and they go to multifamily real estate full time.
