Welcome back to another episode of Stay Hot.

I'm Bladen Kirk, doing as always by my two favorite co-hosts of all time Matthew Spahn Hour and Theo Ash.

And today we are giving you our way too early top 10 prospects in the 2026 NFL draft.

Obviously, we're not going to have this wide range of film review that we normally have on these prospects, seeing as it is June.

But I think this will at least give a good look at who to watch out for in the upcoming college football season as you know, as you prepare for a draft time as well.

But before we get into that, Matt, Theo, I actually have a question for you guys today.

I saw this on TikTok and then I asked my, and now I'm going to ask you guys,

would you rather give up for the rest of your life, sauce or kissing?

Yeah, I'd probably go sauce.

Interesting.

I think maybe kissing.

You know, there are other ways to show affection, but there's really nothing else that you can smother on.

So, no, I think, so I mean, I'm assuming, I don't know, it would definitely be a bummer.

I mean, I guess I would ask what is considered sauce, not to turn this into like an NBA Twitter semantics debate, but like, can I not have mayo on my sandwich?

Yeah, you can't have mayo.

Okay.

So, like, mayo is out.

Any sort of like, any sort of like salad dressing, like ranch is out of the question.

Pizza sauce, you can't have pizza sauce on your pizza.

You can't have pasta sauce in your pizza. You can't have pasta sauce in your pasta.

So it gets like very few and far between the number of foods that you can have.
