open the gates to the fans. It's the first day that they'll go a little over 65 or 70 minutes,

but not much more. We're kind of just really waiting in here. So what you've missed in training

camp and what the update I'm going to provide for you,

the reason I turned this on today, is to tell you that there's been really a whole lot of nothing.

I don't say that in any kind of rush to judgment about the

state of the organization or the football team. Um, we have done that and we will do that. And eventually

there will be games that provide us the opportunity to do that. It's just that everybody gets

excited about training camp and you should and you get out there and then

it's like, oh, okay, right?

So by rule, by the NFL's collective bargaining agreement, the early practices are no pads.

They are time limited.

And teams in general are, you know, making sure that guys aren't popping hamstrings, that guys aren't going too fast, too soon, you know, sports science. It's a big part of what the Browns do. It's a big part of really what all the teams do. And you kind of wait in. So you're like, let's go to camp. Let's see, especially here in this kind of unprecedented four-man quarterback competition. Everybody wants to know what's going on. Who's getting the reps? Who looks good?
