Somebody who was willing to use violence in order to attempt to seize power, to stay in power.

You have many Republicans out there who are saying, well, you know, we're not going to vote for him, but we will write someone else in.

And I think that this time around, that's not enough.

That it's important to actually cast a vote for Vice President Harris.

That's former Congresswoman Liz Cheney encouraging her fellow Republicans to vote for Kamala Harris this fall.

It comes as another high-profile name in the GOP is endorsing the Democratic Vice President.

of Vice President Dick Cheney announced that he will not vote for GOP nominee Donald Trump,

but instead will back the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.

His statement released on Friday slammed Trump, calling him a threat to our republic and

pointed to his repeated 2020 election lies.

Cheney wrote this.

He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him.

He can never be trusted with power again.
