The children aren't deported. The mother chose to take the children with her. When you enter the country legally and you know you're here legally and you choose to have you a citizen child, that's not you. That's not on this administration. If you choose to put your family in that position, that's on them. But having a U.S. citizen child after you enter this country legally, it's not a get out of jail free card. It doesn't make you immune from our laws.

American citizen with cancer who was sent to Honduras on his mother's deportation flight

over the weekend.

It was a busy one in Washington and busy in the news. We're going to get to all the headlines,

but I'm Allie Vitale on this Monday, April 28th, and we'll start with what you missed over the weekend.

As President Trump prepares to mark 100 days in office tomorrow, several new polls

show his approval rating has sunk. A new ABC News, Washington Post poll finds just 39% of Americans

approve of the way Trump is doing his job. It's compared to 55% who disapprove. Back in February,

those numbers were 45% positive and 53% negative.

Trump's approval rating here is lower than any past president at the 100-day mark in their first or second terms.

Now, according to the Washington Post, President Trump has seen a decline of 10 points among white people without a college degree, which is a key part of his political coalition.

He's also down 13 points among adults under the age of 30,
