Let's start with the news. President Joe Biden is promising to give diplomacy every chance

to prevent Russia from invading Ukraine again, but is skeptical, but his warning that he's skeptical

about Moscow's intentions and an invasion remains, quote, distinctly possible.

In a speech yesterday, Biden also said that it was too early to assess Moscow's claim

that it was pulling troops from Ukraine's border and that the U.S. hasn't verified it.

Yesterday, the Russian government public proposed to continue the diplomacy.

I agree. We should give the diplomacy every chance to succeed.

And I believe there are real ways to address our respective security concerns.

The Russian Defense Minister reported today that some military units are leaving their positions near Ukraine.
