Often I will be forwarded an email

that may be going around and you just never know I mean sometimes things are just it sometimes people

take things out of context and and sometimes people make something out of

nothing but I've done a little digging and this is a little

disturbing. There's a guy that owns a real estate brokerage firm and he had

forwarded to a state representative, an email about a building in the middle of a really nice residential

community near the Galleria in Houston. Now I understand most of you are not in

Houston and that doesn't mean anything to you, but if you can think about the nice

shopping district in your city or the nearest city. So you can imagine a nice

shopping district and then near that shopping district kind of a mixed-use

community that has a higher density so you have some townhomes

some condos some office buildings but it kind of blends nicely it still has it still has something of a residential feel even though there's a lot of

offices in the area relatively safe a lot of professionals living in there.

And it's built up.

There's no extra room, there's no place for anybody to build.

And there are no apartments in there, there are no Section 8 apartments,

there no thugs walking around. but it's one of those things

that people in America have come to learn over the last few years is you've got to be very protective

of your neighborhood because the government will come in and ruin your neighborhood just like that and not

think anything of it. They will dump illegal aliens on your front door. They will make the abandoned school in your
