All right. Hello. And welcome back to another episode of the Chase Thomas podcast from Still,

the A for mention Chase Thomas Comtee live from Knoxville, Tennessee, Everything School, HQ.

Joining me, old friend Jimmy Himes of the Sports Source, 991, the sports animal.

You've known him for, you know, I'm not going to say the years here, Jimmy Himes.

But Jimmy Himes has been a staple here in Knoxville and cover-in to Tennessee volunteers,

where a season, Jimmy has come and gone once again.

It never ceases to amaze me how fast this thing flies by. You're right. We're into December. It does seem to fly by. And I don't know if it's because I'm getting older. But it goes in a flash. And I love college football. I love the college football season. I enjoy it thoroughly. And it's been a lot of fun this year. But it's wilder than it's ever been with all of what's going on, the coaching moves, the transfer portal, the calendar that they have, college football playoff, second year of the 12th team playoff. There's just so much going on right now with college football. I don't think it's sustainable, but yeah, we'll see.

We'll see. A lot of money in the sport, but it's just the money gets crazier and crazier every year.

We keep here, like, we just keep wondering, when is too much, too much? And, you know, in your neck of the woods at LSU where, hey, we're not going to do these

contracts anymore, these coaching contracts.

And that didn't end up paying, that did not end up happening in Baton Rouge with

Lane Kiffin.
