how exciting I find this family. And of course, although it isn't technically tutor, it is the

story that leads up to it.

So, without further ado, I'm pleased to introduce the historical writer and author Derek

works to the show with us to chat about Edward VIII, George Duke of Clarence, and none

other than the most polarizing character of all time, Richard the third.

And what a fabulous group of brothers to talk about.

I know. It's so exciting.

Yeah.

I mean, these guys probably have created more written word collectively than any other group of brothers I can think of.

They're very different, though. I mean, what we're talking about in case anybody's not entirely sure is we're talking about the three or three of the sons of

Richard Plantagenet, Duke of York, who was the head of one of the most prominent noble families in England in the 15th century.

Yes, I think it's actually really important for our listeners who aren't necessarily confident in their plantagenet history that we cover some of

those basics. So actually, since you bring up who their father is, why don't you go ahead and tell
