I saw, as you know, I read about 750, 800, 850 articles every day as part of my job.

And I saw a very, very interesting article this week by Professor Alejandro Reyes,

who is the adjunct professor and senior fellow at the centre on contemporary China

and the world at the University of Hong Kong.

And this article was in a magazine which I do peruse constantly foreign policy.
