I forgot to mention in the intro that you are in seminary now at my alma mater,

Talbot School of Theology at Biola University and you're getting your,

correct me if I'm wrong, you're getting your masters in apologetics, correct? That's right.

That's right. So you wrote this essay, this paper on yoga, which is really great. And I want to get into that.

And I want to at first I want to talk about what yoga is because there's a lot I mean I think a lot of people don't really know really what it is what it is it came from, how it came to the US.
