Summary

In this episode of the My Taught You podcast, I discuss the concept of self-discipline and offer a different perspective on becoming more disciplined. I challenge the idea that discipline is solely about subtracting or cutting things from our lives and suggest that, sometimes, adding things aligned with our path and purpose can lead to greater discipline.
