Summary

Jeff Erickson and Chris Liss tell the story of how their wide reaching popular daily radio show began. The duo recalls war stories of getting fired, told they were boring by over-reaching program directors, and how they fought back to become one of the signature fantasy sports shows in the world.  In February of 2022, Chris Liss shocked the audience by announcing his departure from the show, effectively ending a multi-decade partnership in radio with RotoWire co-founder Jeff Erickson.  Special appearances by Hall of Fame Fantasy Sportswriter, Scott Pianowski, Dalton Del Don (Yahoo Fantasy Sports), and Greg Ambrosius (Sports HubTech/ NFFC). All are regular guests on the RWFST program. This podcast is hosted, directed, and produced by long time super fan of the show, and RotoWire video editor, Alan Seslowsky. This podcast is a tribute to all of the fans who tuned in every week to hear Jeff and Liss. Video Version available on Youtube https://youtu.be/Gy14LkzIgY4 Learn more about your ad choices. well so that was like the first week of the show and they had us going to the studio in the valley. And I never take that route. I had no idea how long it took. And this is, you know, pre-Google maps being like pretty precision on how long I take. Now, I'm an idiot. I should have planned to be there an hour before the show. I was still young, dumb 30-something at the time. You and I, it's so funny,
