0:05.7

I'm humbled and grateful that each week listeners from over 150 countries dial in not to hear my

0:13.1

opinion but to hear the truth of God's word. And in this regard, I want to thank you for leaving

0:18.1

comments and reviews on the podcast because it helps other people

0:22.7

find out about the show and listen to biblical content, which is what is on my heart. On a personal

0:28.8

note, I want to thank so many of you for praying for my family and I as we have begun to settle

0:33.5

into the Franklin, Tennessee area and into my role as the lead teaching pastor at Stonebridge

1:46.6

is as well known as the ship's name, that being the Titanic. The ship carrying 2,240 passengers,

1:55.1

was, no pun intended, a titan in regards to size, industry, and innovation.

2:03.8

At nearly 900 feet long and 100 feet wide,

2:07.2

the ship was believed to be invincible and indestructible,

2:09.7

and consequently it was deemed unnecessary to possess the proper amount of lifeboats,

2:12.5

because, after all, what could possibly happen to the Titanic?

2:17.8

Now, in the days after departing from Southampton, the Titanic received numerous warnings from other ships that were traveling in the exact same area the Titanic would be sailing.
