I am revisiting a topic that I talked about last year, but I keep seeing it pop up as a thing.

And so I wanted to revisit it.

And I wanted to do it in a way that's a little more authentic than I did a year ago.

So I don't know if you have seen anything about this new-ish fitness trend,

running and walking backwards, which is exactly what I'm doing right now. I am walking backwards. I am looking at what I've just walked past and can't really see

where I'm walking. And people are driving by as I'm walking backwards, which is awkward,

to say the least.

So it scares me one, because I can't see where I'm going.

I mean, I can turn around,

and I'm actually in a pretty large

parking lot, so it's not like there's something

imminently behind me.

It also scares me because there obviously is a little bit of a danger element to this,

and I don't want someone hearing this and thinking, oh, I need to go walk backwards and then hurt
