Walk and talk. Walking to the mall again,

the mall again, the mall that's kind of it's about a 30 minute walk from my apartment.

So it's a nice little short walk.

Take the baby, baby girl.

And then I'll sit and relax for a little bit there and then we'll walk around the mall and the air conditioning

Get a little more exercise and then walk back. So by doing that I get about an hour and a half to two hours

total walking every day. I'll walk 30 minutes there, 30 minutes back, that's one

hour and I'll typically walk about an hour inside the mall.

So it's two hours of walking.

Good training for me.

Now I'm rucking, so I have wearing my baby girl on the front in one of those baby

carriers. It's Baby Bjorn is the brand called Baby Bjorn. It's actually a really nice baby carrier.

Works really well.

And then I also have a backpack I'm wearing on my back and I have added some extra weight to the backpack.

I don't know I haven't weighed the total I know my little girl weighs.
