Man, I don't care what day it is.

It's usually always pretty good.

I mean, the only difference between Monday, I guess I can't sleep in during it all during the weekdays because I get to get my kids up to school on that. Right. But otherwise, I do love my sleep like on the weekends unless I got something going on. I'm typically like 10.30-ish. Tell you what, I was hanging out. I've been listening to Rogan lately. they burned out on the audiobooks. He told me it was going to happen.

So I've been listening to some Rogan podcasts at night while I fall asleep. He had a sleep expert on some doctor, neurologist doctor from about, I think it was last April. I'll be damned if that wasn't interesting, man. Turns out when you sleep, your body goes and heals. It's got all these, and I don't know, it like attacks cancer cells and stuff like that.

Shit, how much sleep did it?

Then were they the fan of, like, if you're down, the nine to ten hours? I think they were saying seven to nine, something like that. It was like, we needed a full night sleep, man. I'm in there. I'm in the seven to nine. And Mr. Mountainbiker, they were talking about huge performance decreases when you didn't get a good night's sleep.

They were talking about like UFC fighters, how hard it is for them to get a good night's sleep the night before a fight and how it really affects the amount of oxygen that can go in your lungs and, you know, just the recovery time. It was really cool. Very cool. Well, today we're going to get into a wake-and-bake America, and we're going to talk about all kinds of good stuff. We've got a little bit of Facebook talk, how it's listening. Pretty funny, actually. As well as people just, I don't know, the communication on the internet, we'll call it, right? Communication, whether it's emails on social media as far as how things can go wrong,

pretty quick for probably not a good reason.

But, dude, I was just sitting there. I got that one and I was like, I want to smoke. And I don't want to stink the whole house up with a joint or even a bowl. So I just want to grab that on the Honey Badger and just took like three or four hits. Whatever. Right out of the container, like right out of the silicone or what? Right out of the container. Yeah. It's got a little thing on the bottom that you can just pull it open and it's got like a little

glass jar that holds a gram or so.

And yeah, it was just really simple left on the kitchen counter and nobody was offended.
