privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement. And I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hi my friends, how are you? It's Sally Clarkson and at Home with Sally as you probably heard

in the music ahead of time. Welcome to my show today. I am so happy to talk with all of

you all. I get so many letters about my podcast and that really pleases me because it's

something that I enjoy doing being in communication with so many of you. And I'm looking so forward

to some of the podcasts in the next few weeks because I will be talking about my book,

help I'm drowning in why I wrote it. And also addressing some of the different issues,

like just different parts of friendship and loneliness and disappointment or exhaustion

or kids or marriage or herbs. And you'll have to listen to find out what herbs are

around or really devastating things like COVID deaths, wrecks, cancer, difficulties. Of

course I can't quite, there's no book that you can cover everything in and there's so

many more things even since I finished the book that I've been thinking about. But I really

had in mind as I was going through my own, own storms of life that I wanted to companion

women. When I look back on my life, I sometimes am amazed that I'm still walking with the

Lord and still hopeful and that I still kind of am seeing more and more purpose in my

life because I look back and I realize that I wasn't trained, I wasn't very deep, I wasn't

insightful, I didn't know what I was doing highly idealistic in a very non-idealistic

world. And so I was just learning the ropes every day as I went. Oh, there's a little

poem. But I wanted to tell all of you kind of where I am, those of you who are my friends

...
