Good Monday morning, everybody. Welcome into Lockdown Falls. I'm your host, Eric Kane, and we've got a lot to get into here today.

Tennessee baseball season has come to an end. The first regional loss in program history going oh and two that is going

oh and two in regional play for the first time in program history the first regional loss since

2019 will dissect that once it's come in the off season in segment number three lady

vols drama in okayc who goodness gracious there is some drama we'll get into that in segment number two

and in segment number one though the latest turn with chas coleman tennessee's prize

transfer a portal edition from this past cycle all that more coming up right now on a monday

lockdown balls all right so the jazz coleman saga continues to take some twists and turns. Again,

we will recap here for those of us just joining this saga, if you will.

Jazz Coleman, one of the top rated players in the Transfer Portal rankings this past

winter coming over from Penn State. Tennessee got him winning out in this transfer portal

sweepstakes over LSU, over Ohio State, and over South Carolina.

He joined Tennessee, former defensive coordinator that he had at Penn State, Jim Noles,

his former defensive ends coach at Penn State as well, Andrew Jackson.

Those two coaches are now with Tennessee.

Makes a lot of sense.

His former teammates, Duon Lane, the safety, Xavier Gilliam, the defensive tackle, and of course Amari Campbell, the linebacker. Those players are now at Tennessee as well. So, you know, Knoxville and Tennessee made a whole lot of sense for Chats Coleman. And of course, you know, Tennessee made it worth this while, right? Ported in a ton of resources to get him to the University of Tennessee. All that happened back in the month of January.

All right. And then so you're cruising right along in the off season. You get to spring practice. You start spring practice. He's there for the first week.

And then he's not necessarily going through spring practice anymore. And the back half of spring drills and spring practice and scrimmages and all that, he's not a part of things. And he's been taking some time away dealing with personal matter. Josh Hopple's been on the record, quoted several different times, saying the same thing, essentially like, hey, he's dealing with some personal things. We're here to support him, in quote. But, you know, the team came back for off-season workouts for summer workouts last week.

You know, after Memorial Day, on Monday, they started the next phase of the off-season workout program.
