Welcome to Hagueman. It is a Hagueman report for today. It's Tuesday, August 9th,

2022, a pretty sad day in America. Of course, we saw this coming. I think we saw everything

that we're going to talk about this second segment coming. I've got a hypothetical for you. A

couple of hypotheticals for you. Yesterday was the anniversary of the resignation of Richard Nixon.

He resigned August 8th, 1974. Yesterday was the first time in history, in American history,

where a former president had his personal home raided by FBI agents.

The pretext for the raid is ostensibly a violation of the Records Act. USC title

18 section 2071. Mishandling of records. This allegedly over 15 boxes of material that

was to be returned to the National Archives. Excuse me. Violation of this USC title 18 section

2071. Mishandling of records would disqualify from any individual from holding any kind of

future office. That's the pretext. That's the ostensible reason behind this raid, which happened

before dawn, before it came light, became light with very little notice to the presidential

secret service detail, although President Trump was not at Mar-a-Lago at that time,

but with very little notice to the secret service. And much like Al Capone's vault,

they busted open the safe at Mar-a-Lago, only defined it empty. This, according to sources,

who are familiar with the instances of the day, they removed the FBI removed

approximately 15 boxes. However, they removed them without regard to looking or without regard

to their contents. They did not know what was in those boxes.

So, again, the pretext, did they take all of the suits to and the shoes in the Trump ties,

his bed sheets? Good point. You know,
