Sylvester Turner is on a trade trip, they call it,

to West Africa.

You know, because just before he leaves office,

he's decided he needs to take more trips.

In April, he went to Brazil.

In October, he went to Japan.

He went to Mexico in April of last year.

So, the Chronicle asked, who's paying for this Africa trip?

the amount of money it costs.
