On this sunny summer day, I am one of your co-host Heather Williams and joined as often, not always, but often by my other co-hostal.

Hi John, how's it going?

Hi Heather, I wish it was every week.

I, well, yeah, I feel the same, especially, you know,

there are sports content we also could be covering in addition to scary things going on in the world

in ways that we're going to die. But today's episode we actually don't have a guest, but we're going to

have a little geek out session, John and I, about things going on largely in the nuclear space, but we'll also touch a bit on Ukraine's incursion into Russia and some other things that are going on. I think the last time we did this, it was all about things that really scare us.

So let's be a little more positive this time. What's our scene this time?

First of all, I'm not sure we can do positive, Heather, right? It's that we're all going to die.
