Oh, it's fun to be here, Scott. Thanks for having me. We go, uh, we go way back. I remember I was writing an article for psychology today. Do you remember that like 12 years ago on?

It has been a long time. We've been kind of talking about these issues of narcissism and the good side and the bad side and the you know the challenges

I feel like everyone says if they don't like someone they'll say oh that's person such a narciss that's that's become the phrase for anyone you don't like.

Yeah, I mean, that's the risk, you know, it's sort of the sort of meta-narcicism is you use
