Thank you so much for agreeing to come on the show and also just can you tell us a little bit about your background and you know basically what your experiences?

So I as you said earlier I had over a decade experience working in the beauty industry

and for a number of different brands

in a couple of different sectors.

And with various different visions, so I started in fact in in country marketing so I was working for a

brand called L'Oreal professional and part of the L'Oreal group based in Canada, so dealing with more the operational side of things and how you take product and connect with a B to B to C type environment.
