1:44.7	One thing I learned really early on
1:47.7	is that there's a cost.
1:51.4	Cost is woven into cost if you believe that women have an equal seat and there's a cost if you
1:56.9	believe that women have an equal seat and there's a cost if you don't.
2:03.2	So the question isn't, is there a cost?
2:05.9	It's can we make peace with that?
