President Biden is using some of his strongest words yet to condemn new voting laws around the US.

At the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia,

Biden called the fight against voting restrictions the quote,

most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War.

Voting issues have become a top priority for both parties this year.

Republicans say changes they pushed in states like Florida, Georgia, and Texas

are meant to improve election security.

They include new limits on mail and ballots,

more ID requirements, and limited hours at polling sites.
