Yeah, so yesterday kind of the big crescendo of the show happened early on and we had Ethan Hatcher in

basically he's trying to evict now his ex because he says she didn't pay the rent that she was owed. Right. He's a landlord. And it's like the most wild scenario every

where you are your ex's landlord and then you're in a position where you have to evict this person because they're not paying the rent. And so we had

Ethan in to talk about it was incredible. If you haven't heard it, go back and listen to it. So somebody called in about that.

Hey guys, just call on the last segment with Ethan and I just want to tell you that I am all inside. He is not doing anything wrong and he should not be portrayed as the bad guy whatsoever.

I feel bad for him actually. Also, I had to sue a past roommate years ago for utilities that she left without paying and it was like less than $200. I'd been friends with her for over seven years.

And I sued her not a girlfriend, but still sometimes you got to do what you got to do to get the money. And sometimes this principle put in his situation. It's for his business. And he was doing her a favor. So I don't know why she's doing him so wrong. But anyway, wish him the best. And thanks for sharing that story.

Yeah, I felt bad for him too. It's a lot to go through. Yeah, because not only is it financial wrangling. It's emotional wrangling as well. You know, he, he, I think it I think he was a howdy, how do you describe him a wise sage.

By the way, Ethan is one of these guys. And I say this as a compliment. He was like totally should have been born in 1896. Yeah. He was born in the wrong era. I've been to Ethan's house.

It looks like someone who was born in 1896. Like it's like ancient record players. And it's a hundred year old home. And like Ethan is Ethan is an incredible person. He just was born in the wrong era.

And it sounded like from the story he's been taken advantage of. Yeah. So maybe we don't we don't know, but he used the word wise sage.

And Kevin, I were laughing yesterday. Like when do you think the last time that man is a wise sage was ever used in a complete sentence.

Yeah, it's a very, I guess antiquated phrase. But that's why I like about it. Yeah, he's a very, he's very knowledgeable about the past. He's historically adept.

He does have a very large vocabulary. But he said, I think he's just heard of saying a wise sage once said, and this is great advice.

It's just better to give than to lend because they cost the same. Exactly.

Amazing what he's saying is, unless you intend to give somebody something, don't lend friends, family, whatever, anything.

I loaned somebody money once. And the dude told me, that's fine. Just don't expect it back. They say they're going to pay you back, but just don't ever expect it back.
