Now the show today we're going to do another vocabulary lesson

connected to the interview with David the Good

is talking about gardening and growing plants.

I'll do another section of that,

play a little section of it, and discuss,

again, a few more words connected to gardening, growing those kind of things.

Now let's see a fasting update for me. I just finished a two day fast. So I did a three days, ate one

meal, then did two days, and I just ate a meal just now, and now and I will begin another two-day fast 48 hours

So I this this meal I will not eat tomorrow. I will not eat until two nights from now. So 48 hours from now I'll eat my next meal.

Probably I'm going to do this series of 48 hour fast for a while.
