Well Andy as we get started why don't you introduce our guests to the podcast audience?

Yeah I bet Jeff Henderson is not a stranger to some of our podcast audience.

Jeff's actually been with us or working with us for 11 years.

He came in as a group's director,

which outside of our context won't make any sense.

But what you will understand is we started a church in Buckhead years ago I think 11 no 10 years ago something like that I know more than 10 years ago

We're starting to lose count aren't we yeah that's yeah that's another podcast for another day.

Anyway, he came in and helped us establish Buckhead Church.

I started in a grocery store, three services, four services, five services, a few hundred people that grew now to, you know, over

7,000 people all in or there. I oversaw the construction of that, developed the

staff, he's an excellent communicator, and then just as things, just as he got it perfect, I said Jeff you are so good at launching new initiatives.

I like to pull you out of your comfort zone and all this incredible organization you've built and start over and he was up for that and

so three years ago he left Buckhead Church and established Gwinnett Church as a

church north of our city and once again growing like crazy overseeing the construction

of yet another facility a little bit closer to home this time so it's just

an extraordinary leader and then as you'll discover as we talk about our topic today he

before coming to us he was with chick file as the director of sports marketing

beverage marketing has some extraordinary and business stories and and one of the great things Jeff brings to

our organization is not only business experience but business experience as a business
