Here's a story that I've been really dying to talk about.

We touched on it quickly. But this is from the Sacramento

bead. It said in a bid to avoid an awkward and politically uncomfortable scene because God forbid we have a

politically uncomfortable scene. California Governor Gavin Newsom has

canceled the public in-person Christmas tree

lighting ceremony in favor of a remotely held pre-recorded event. So this is on the

heels of the story from Virginia that there was a music festival, a music and arts festival, and the

organizers told a rabbi that they didn't want him to have a minor lighting because they didn't

want it to appear as though they were choosing the side of Israel.

And then later they told him, you know, well allow you to have the menorah lighting,

as long as it's under a ceasefire now banner.
