Steve, what expert VIP tip will you be sharing with our listeners today?

Kevin, I get contacted all the time by individuals who want to invest in multifamily properties,

apartment buildings, et cetera.

And as it turns out, based on my experience over the years, I find that even though in the emails that I receive, the phone calls that I take, people are energetic in their desire to participate in the apartment industry.

What ends up happening ultimately is that probably about one out of ten people

actually will follow through and take the advice that I've given them.

And I have to ask myself, why is that?

And as I thought about that, especially here recently,

the number one thing that prevents investors from becoming successful is fear.

Their level of uncertainty, they're not quite sure what they're doing, they lack the experience,

and all of these, what if this, what if that come into play.

So really, the best advice that I could give you listeners, Kevin, is just to be able to overcome their fears

about investing in real estate, whether it's

single family or multi-family.

At some point, they need to just take that leap of faith, step off, and jump into it.

They can attend all the workshops, seminars, presentations in the world, and spend thousands of dollars, and I've seen people do it, 10 spend thousands of dollars.

And I've seen people do it, 10 to thousands of dollars in fact,

but still having a report of,
