We're going to talk about violence today.

Seems appropriate, the new, given the news in not only the United States, some other places too.

And, you know, rioting and violence of all different kinds and continuing with the topic I

started yesterday of self-defense I'm talking about self-defense both in terms of adults and then children.

With children we typically say bully-proofing or something like that because children well you know commonly they face

bullying a lot right from other kids although we do know that kids are also get

attacked by adults it's This is a very serious situation and you know it's hard for a child to defend against an adult obviously but

Anyway, we'll talk about all these topics and the general topic of violence, lots of violence happening in the United States.

A huge amount, it's going to get worse.
