only realizing now just seeing myself on the screen that I look like I'm about to go golfing and that I'm endorsed by Nike. I'm not, but Nike if you want to stop in and you know hook me up maybe I feel like maybe my brand could be just as

valuable as Tiger Woods has been to Nike if I wear it just is what I wore to

practice today long sleeves because it was kind of cool out there

and the hats did not help with,

as you can see from my face,

got a little bit of sun out there

at the Vikings and Titans practice. But a good time, very intense, very intense. And it's such a switch from going from walkthroughs,

11 on 11s that were pretty light

to gas pedal down over the last two days,

especially today.

It was chippy, it was violent, it was physical, couple guys got banged up, and overall I thought that the Vikings had a pretty good day at practice, very good on defense.

The offense struggled through a lot of the practice,

but then really showed up in the two minute drills,

kind of evening it out a little bit

at the end because they led the first team especially an absolutely tremendous two minute

drill with Kirk Cousins finding K.J Osborn a couple times and then throwing a touchdown

Osborne. There was a really nice Justin Jefferson catch.

Jefferson in general put on a show over the last two days

for a packed house at TCO Performance Center.

And you know, at the beginning of the week I called it moving week and I think that that was the case for a lot of guys that you know that there were arguments made by a good number of players that either they could

solidify where they're at they could lose some ground or they could gain some ground and so we're going to go through
