Welcome to part two of the Minnesota Vikings free agency special here on Purple Insider.

My plan is for another several hours here with you later on in the evening,

Andrew Kramer from the Star Tribune is going to stop by. I've tried to coax a couple

other guests on. We'll see if that comes to fruition. Everybody is very busy today with

free agency and we have breaking news. Actually, the timing here for the Purple Insider podcast is going quite well because

earlier I didn't wrap up and then Sam Darnold and Cam Bynum happened, bind him to the Colts,

Sam Darnold to the Seahawks. And then just before I was getting ready to start, Ryan Kelly,

center from the Indianapolis Colts is joining the Minnesota Vikings on a two-year

$18 million contract. So there's two big questions that have to be answered with that.

Number one is, does this mean that Garrett Bradbury is done in Minnesota? And the other question

is, how good is Ryan Kelly? Does this signing make

sense? So let's start with part number two, how good is Ryan Kelly? Over the last couple of years

when Ryan Kelly has been healthy, he has been as good at pass blocking as any center in the NFL.
