0:38.2	verifying information, verifying something about the property or maybe checking up on work that has been done and you need a
0:44.8	second opinion or just a simple confirmation of the work being done.
0:50.8	Well there is a solution out there and I came across a company last year sometime and I looked
0:56.6	into them and I thought, hmm, this is a fascinating business.
0:59.0	It's a company where they will actually go out and inspect and verify virtually anything.

1:07.8	So I thought, well, you know what, I need to get them on the show because this is a service that
1:11.6	I myself will probably use with some of the projects that I'm doing right now out of state
1:16.7	but I think a lot of investors especially those that are still a little bit uncomfortable with the long distance investing and even foreign investors in other countries.
