All right, so so what are some of the biggest holes in the average average and or leak crossfitters game? Okay, so um in the last episode

We are talking about the critical mass so

Um looking through that prison basically what I see the the biggest issue I see in Crossfit is the planes of movement

Really because everything in Crossfit is up and down so I know

When a crossfit comes here like for example the lads will be very strong from all the pull ups

But in the frontal plane so like pulling toward them is gonna be fairly weak

Um there's no more chest activation in Crossfit for example it's a shimongos problem because you need to chest to also stabilize your shoulder
