Okay, so this is a podcast all about success stories and yours really is quite remarkable

and also still kind of at the beginning in some respect, but I want to go back to the actual beginning because you

started on a makeup counter in Glasgow, right?

So I was 18 years old and I got my first job in

debonums and it was Esti Lauder and I worked there for two years and my I love coming from counter and I've said before that I think

maybe a part of me was maybe a little bit embarrassed at one point because I was like, oh well, you know,

I've not done A-list and I'm not done Celebrity celebrity makeup and do I need to do that to be successful

But after you know building the brand we've had V for nearly three and a half years now

It's all the things that I learned and all the conversations that I had and all the

customers that I met and all these kind of relationships that I forged at the very

start that are that are so key to the why and the how and the and and for vivis so yeah I started

at Esti Lauder for two years and then you know that's a super classic legacy brand I loved my brand training when I was there I remember I went to

Dublin for five days to get to all the kind of like tips and tricks have been a makeup

artist on a makeup counter and it was so important for an 18 year old that wanted to be in the industry.

It was really, it was really great.

Then I moved over to Alaska and worked there for two years, which is much more artistry focused. The formulations were unbelievable.
